Our community is designed more like a village-style residential neighborhood than a typical apartment community, with each home featuring private entrances and private attached garage.

Yes. We have fully equipped fitness facility with cardiovascular and weight equipment. We have treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes along with weight machines and free-weights.

The clubhouse is available for residents to reserve for upcoming gatherings. It offers a comfortable, private space suitable for events, meetings, and social occasions.

Each resident has their own private garage to park in and do a slow charge. We do not have parking lots or a central area that all residents would be able to use.
